Friday 13th - Unlucky to be sooooo Scorchio

Wow, I thought yesterday was hot, but today was even hotter. I started at 7 (straight after the early brekkie) and glad I did as by the time I got to Porthleven it was already in the high teens and that was only mid morning.

Porthleven; what a really picturesque place and not spoilt by tourism. pubs looked good too, but far too early in the day.

Plenty of beaches again and managed to save effort by walking for a few miles along the beach at Praa.

more of the same with some high cliff walking and then the wonder of Mullion Cove.

the last 6 or 7 to The Lizard were the hardest with just the heat of the day. I have just arrived in the Pub at the Lizard and it is now 7 in the evening, so yet another 12 hour day. Fortunately tomorrow is a shorter day, so I am expecting to finish by 5ish.

soon be in Falmouth and on the last leg of the Cornish adventure. I haven't had a bad day weather wise so it wil be a fond adieu.
