Wednesday (or should it be entitled Slog through a bog)

Sorry this is a day late but had no wifi at West Titchbury farm. Unfortunately the weather today (Wednesday) was the worst so far. Started off from Appledore about 7:30 and it was stair rods all the way to Westward Ho! It rained until about 11 and then we had a period of bright sunshine and heavy showers until about 15:00 which happily coincided with being in Clovelly. Unfortunately from 15:00 until I arrived at the farm it rained constantly and despite having excellent waterproofs I was pretty wet.

I was going to go out to Hartland Point lighthouse, but it is disappointing. Never mind, I might try tomorrow.

Bude on Thursday which undoubtedly is the toughest section so far. It will be a bit attritional I think.
